3. AI Limitations and Accuracy

Our services utilize advanced Artificial Intelligence models to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI models can and do make mistakes ("hallucinations").

You are responsible for verifying all information generated by the Platform against official sources (e.g., Supreme Court e-Library, Official Gazette) before relying on it for any purpose.

5. LX Credits and Payments

Certain features of the Platform require "LX Credits."

• Credits are prepaid units used to access AI features.
• Credits are non-transferable.
• Please refer to our Refund Policy regarding purchases.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ang Kaalaman and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform;
• Any content obtained from the Platform; and
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
