This is an appeal from the decision of the Doard of Assesement Appeals of the City of Tlollo affirming the realty assessment of the City Assessor of Tloile City on petitioner's property.

Sometime in i959 petitioner erected a one~storey warehouse clone Ignert Street in the city of Lleile. Said warehouse which eovered a floor area of 322.59 square meters had hollew-bleck walls, eonerete ficor- ing end getvenized iron sheets reofing. Yvetitioner Geclared snid property for realty taxation purpeses at 75,262.00. Winding the valuation not in ¢onform- ity with the prevailing estinate prepared by the city engineer, the city assessor increase’ the assessed value to 770.00 per square peter of the Cloor area or 26,780.00. Prom this valuation, petitioner ap- pealed to the Board of asseasment Appeals of Lleilo City whieh, after conducting an ocular inspection, sustained the City Assessor, Wenes, this appeal.

Taat after a re-evaluation and reassesseent com/’ucted by the office of the City Assessor upon the request of the petitioner herein, the aforesaid warehouse is found to have had an assessed walue of 115,000.00.

« That said warehouse was compl ete~- ly seatoured by fire on January 7, 1963.

"h, That petitioner herein has no objeetion to said assesament of 715,900.00 and agrees thet the same is the true and eorrect value,” No other evidence was submitted by the parties.

In view of the agreenent of the parties that the fair market value of the property in question waa . 919,000.00, the deeision of the Board of Assesenent Appeals of Tloile City appealed from ia hereby modi fied im line with said eacreement, No costs.
