Refund Policy

1. LX Credits
"LX Credits" are digital units used to access premium AI features on the Ang Kaalaman platform. These credits are prepaid and stored in your account balance.
2. General Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of LX Credits and the immediate costs associated with AI processing, all purchases of LX Credits are generally non-refundable.
Please ensure that you select the correct credit package before completing your purchase.
3. Exceptions
We may consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical Error: If you were charged but did not receive the credits in your account balance.
- Duplicate Charge: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for a single transaction.
- Platform Failure: If a technical failure on our end prevented you from using your purchased credits for an extended period.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed above, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date.
Send an email to aljon@stcloud.io with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your registered email address.
- Date and amount of the transaction.
- Transaction ID or receipt number (if available).
- A detailed explanation of the issue.
We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original method of payment.
5. Unused Credits
Unused LX Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. However, we do not provide refunds for unused credits if you decide to stop using the platform or delete your account.
