The Secretary General of the International Civil Aviation Organization hereby certifies that the Government of the Republic of the Philippines has registered in accordance with Article 83 of the Convention on International Civil Aviation the Air Services Agreement between the Government of the Republic of the Philippines and the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, done at Manila on 8 September 1997. (The Agreement entered into force on 12 March 1998.) Registration took place on 6 April 1999 under No. 4182. Done at Montreal on 6 April 1999
