PROTOCOL OF EXCHANGE

The undersigned, SALVADOR H. LAUREL, Vice President and Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines, and CHANG HOON KIM, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipot entiary of the Republic of Korea in the Philippines, duly authorized by their respective Governments to exchange their respective instruments of ratification to the Basic Agreement on Scientific and Technological Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of the Philippines and the Government of the Republic of Korea signed at Manila on 7 July 1981, after having found them to be in due form, have on this date exchanged the said instruments of ratification.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, they have signed the present Protocol of Exchange and have affixed thereto their respective seals. DONE at Manila on 12th day of August 1986, in two original copies each in English language, both of which are equally authentic.
