This pertains to the letter from PDG Panfilo M. Lacson, Chief, PNP recommending the implementation of Section 10 RA 6539 and the approval of the P150.00 fee for the “Clearance /Permit to Assemble” to be imposed by the Traffic Management Group (TMG), PNP.
