CHANGE OF NAME OF MILL COMPANY AND SHORT NAME ASSIGNMENT

A change in ownership and name of a sugar mill company has been reported to this Office by the new owners. For the information of all concerned, therefore, the following changes in name as well as short name, underscored, are hereby made to take effect immediately. Mill Company Mill District No. & Short Name Aidsisa Integrated 54-All-Silay Industries, Inc.. to 54-Caneland to Caneland Sugar Corporation Please be guided accordingly. Adopted: 20 Nov. 1991
