REPUBLIC ACT No. 9463 May 15, 2007
AN ACT NAMING THE SAN NICOLAS-SOLSONA PORTION OF THE ILOCOS NORTE-APAYAO ROAD AS THE JOSEFA LLANES ESCODA NATIONAL HIGHWAY
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1. This Act shall be known as the "Josefa Llanes Escoda National Highway Act".
Sec. 2. The San Nicolas - Solsona portion of the Ilocos Norte-Apayao Road starting from Km. Post 484+000 to Km. Post 524+000 in the Province of Ilocos Norte is hereby named as the Josefa Llanes Escoda National Highway.
Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
