An Act Increasing the Bed Capacity of the Lipa City Hospital in Lipa City From Seventy-five (75) To One Hundred (100) Beds, and Appropriating Funds Therefor

AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE LIPA CITY HOSPITAL IN LIPA CITY FROM SEVENTY-FIVE (75) TO ONE HUNDRED (100) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The bed capacity of the Lipa City Hospital is hereby increased from seventy-five (75) to one hundred (100) beds.
Section 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
