An Act Converting the Sitios of Lantawan and Kalasagan in the Municipality of Lupon, Province of Davao, Into a Barrio, to Be Known as the Barrio of Lantawan of the Same Municipality

AN ACT CONVERTING THE SITIOS OF LANTAWAN AND KALASAGAN IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LUPON, PROVINCE OF DAVAO, INTO A BARRIO, TO BE KNOWN AS THE BARRIO OF LANTAWAN OF THE SAME MUNICIPALITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The sitios of Lantawan and Kalasagan in the Municipality of Lupon, Province of Davao, are hereby converted into a barrio to be known as Barrio Lantawan of the same municipality.
Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
