An Act Creating Two Additional Positions of Assistant Provincial Fiscal for the Province of Aklan, Amending for the Purpose Section Sixteen Hundred Seventy-Four of the Administrative Code, as Amended

AN ACT CREATING TWO ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL FOR THE PROVINCE OF AKLAN, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Aklan, is further amended to read as follows:
"Aklan, six assistant provincial fiscals;"
Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
