AN ACT TO AMEND HEADING 73.14, CHAPTER 73, SCHEDULE XV, SECTION ONE HUNDRED FOUR OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED NINETEEN HUNDRED THIRTY- SEVEN, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE TARIFF AND CUSTOMS CODE OF THE PHILIPPINES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Heading 73.14, Chapter 73, Schedule XV, Section one hundred four of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred thirty-seven is amended to read as follows: "73.14. Iron or Steel Wire, single strand, with— a.cross-sectional dimension of 5.5mm to 6.5mm ad val. .................................. 10% b.cross-sectional dimension of 1.65mm to 5.49mm ad val. .............................. 75% or G.W., 100 kg P16.00 .............................................................................. c.other................................................................................................ad val. 15% d.coated but not ad val. insulated................................................................... 15%"
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without Executive approval, June 19, 1960.
