DA-QUEDANCOR-PHILRICE AGRIKULTURANG MAKAMASA FOR RICE PRODUCTION TECHNO-DEMO (AGRIKULTURANG MAKAMASA — RICE TECHNO — DEMO) AND TEKNOBINHI 100 PROGRAM

Circular No. 090, Series of 1998 on DA-QUEDANCOR Agrikulturang MakaMASA for Rice Production Techno-Demo (Agrikulturang MakaMASA — RICE TECHNO — DEMO) is hereby amended with respect to the following: x x x 4. SCOPE x x x TECHNO-DEMO Project shall cover 20 hectares per municipality while the TEKNOBINHI 100 Program will finance a maximum of 100 hectares per province to ensure the availability of seed suppliers for farm-users.

STATEMENT OF POLICIES x x x 5.6 Interest and Service Fees x x x 5.6.2 A non-refundable service fee of 2.5% per annum of the loan amount shall be charged and deducted from the conduit’s loan proceeds. x x x 5.7 Term and Mode of Payment The loan shall be paid by the lending conduit to Quedancor within 200 days from date of loan release while the beneficiaries to lending conduit/Quedancor within 185 days. x x x 6. MECHANICS OF IMPLEMENTATIONx x x 6.2 Clientele Accreditation x x x 6.2.5 Paid subscription of 100 shares of Quedancor’s share of stock amounting to P10.00 6.3 Input Supplier Accreditation x x x 6.3.5 Paid subscription of 500 shares of Quedancor shares of stock amounting to P500.00. 6.4 Lending Conduit Accreditation 6.4.1 RBs and CRBs x x x 6.4.1.5 Paid subscription of 500 shares of Quedancor shares of stock amounting to P500.00. 6.4.2 FPOs x x x 6.4.2.8 Paid subscription of 500 shares of Quedancor shares of stocks amounting to P500.00 x x x This guideline shall take effect immediately.
