DECLARING FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 2006, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KABASALAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY
WHEREAS, Friday, February 17, 2006, marks the 69th Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Kabasalan, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Kabasalan, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their municipalitys history with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, February 17, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Kabasalan, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay.
