DECLARING THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 2, 2006 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CANDELARIA, PROVINCE OF QUEZON
WHEREAS, Thursday, February 2, 2006 marks the anniversary of the arrival of Nuestra Señora De La Candelaria;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Candelaria, Province of Quezon be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their municipalitys history with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, February 2, 2006 as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Candelaria, Province of Quezon.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
