DECLARING FRIDAY, MARCH 27, 1992, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JUAN, METRO MANILA
WHEREAS, Friday, March 27, 1992, marks the political independence of the Municipality of San Juan, Metro Manila;
WHEREAS, the residents of San Juan, Metro Manila, should be given full opportunity to celebrate the event with fitting ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Friday, March 7, 1992, as a special day in the Municipality of San Juan, Metro Manila.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
Done in the City of Manila, this 17th day of March, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and ninety two.
