DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM MAY 30 TO JUNE 6, 1971, AS “CHEMICAL ENGINEERING WEEK”.
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FLORES BAYOT, Acting Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare the period from May 30 to June 6, 1971, as “Chemical Engineering Week” under the auspices of the Philippine Institute of Chemical Engineers.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
Done in the City of Manila, this 19th day of April, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-one.
