Declaring Friday, September 6, 1991, as a "Special Day" in the Province of Bukidnon

[ Proclamation No. 780, August 26, 1991 ]
DECLARING FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, 1991, AS A “SPECIAL DAY” IN THE PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON
WHEREAS, the 77th foundation anniversary of the Province of Bukidnon will fall on September 1, 1991;
WHEREAS, the residents of the Province of Bukidnon desire to commemorate the foundation anniversary of their province on September 6, 1991;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Friday, September 6, 1991, as a “special day” in the Province of Bukidnon. The said day, however, shall be a regular working and school day.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
Done in the City of Manila, this 26th day of August in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and ninety-one.
