DECLARING THURSDAY, JUNE 20, 1991, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF COTABATO
WHEREAS, Thursday, June 20, 1991, marks the 32nd Foundation Anniversary of the City of Cotabato;
WHEREAS, the people of the City of Cotabato should be given full opportunity to celebrate the day with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Thursday, June 20, 1991, as a special day in the City of Cotabato.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
Done in the City of Manila, this 5th day of June in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and ninety-one.
