[ Proclamation No. 646, September 13, 1990 ]

DECLARING MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 1990, AS “PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR DAY” IN ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR

WHEREAS, Monday, marks the 38th Foundation Anniversary of the Province of Zamboanga del Sur;

WHEREAS, the residents of the Province of Zamboanga del Sur desire to celebrate the event with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Monday, September 17, 1990, as “Province of Zamboanga del Sur Day” in Zamboanga del Sur. The day, however, shall be a regular working and school day.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 13th day of September in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and ninety.
