DECLARING MONDAY, MAY 7, 1990, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO
WHEREAS, Monday, May 7, 1990, marks the Golden Charter Anniversary of the City of San Pablo;
WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of San Pablo City be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Monday, May 7, 1990, as a special day in the City of San Pablo.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
Done in the City of Manila, this 27th day of March in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and ninety.
