Amending Proclamation No. 390 Dated April 30, 1968, Which Declared the Period From May 1, 1968, to April 30, 1969, as National Socialization and Economic Development Year and Creating a Committee to Implement the Programs Incident Thereto

AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 390 DATED APRIL 30, 1968, WHICH DECLARED THE PERIOD FROM MAY 1, 1968, TO APRIL 30, 1969, AS NATIONAL SOCIALIZATION AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT YEAR AND CREATING A COMMITTEE TO IMPLEMENT THE PROGRAMS INCIDENT THERETO.
The composition of the committee created under Proclamation No. 390 dated April 30, 1968, is hereby amended to read as follows:
“Honorable Blas Ople | Chairman Bishop Mariano Gaviola | Co-Chairman Honorable Onofre D. Corpus | Vice-Chairman Dean Conrado Benitez | Co-Vice-Chairman Dean Amando B.
