DECLARING THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 1992, AS “GENERAL FRANCISCO S. MAKABULOS DAY” IN THE PROVINCE OF TARLAC
WHEREAS, the seventeenth day of September is the birthday of the late General Francisco S. Makabulos, reorganized as one of the illustration revolutionary leaders from the Province of Tarlac; and
WHEREAS, the residents of the Province of Tarlac desire to celebrate his birthday with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Thursday, September 17, 1992, as “General Francisco S. Makabulos Day” in the Province of Tarlac, a regular working and school day.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
