DECLARING WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 2, 1998, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN PASAY CITY
WHEREAS, Wednesday, December 2, 1998, marks the 135th anniversary of Pasay City;
WHEREAS, it is fitting that the residents of Pasay City be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Wednesday, December 2, 1998, as a special day in Pasay City.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
Done in the City of Manila, this 4th day of November, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and ninety eight.
