Proclamation No. 398
EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 102, DATED AUGUST 30, 1927, TWO PARCELS OF LAND DESCRIBED THEREIN, AND OPENING THE SAME TO DISPOSITION.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-eight of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation Numbered One hundred and two, dated August thirtieth, nineteen hundred and twenty-seven, and open to disposition under the provisions of the said Act, the parcels of land described in the said proclamation as sub-lots numbered nine and ten of lot numbered one, Pr-113.
In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Commonwealth of the Philippines to be affixed.
Done at the City of Manila, this fourteenth day of April, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and thirty-nine, and of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, the fourth.
