AMENDING THE COMPOSITION OF THE PHILIPPINE COMMITTEE TO UNDERTAKE PREPARATIONS FOR OBSERVANCE OF INTERNATIONAL YEAR FOR HUMAN RIGHTS 1968.
The composition of the Committee created under Proclamation No. 315 dated December 15, 1967, is hereby amended to include the following as additional members thereof:
Hon. Ernesto Mata | Secretary of National Defense Hon. Claudio Teehankee | Secretary of Justice Hon. Faustino Sy Changco | Commissioner of the Budget Hon. Ernesto Maceda | Secretary, Presidential Arm on Community Development
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
