EXTENDING THE EIGHTEENTH ANNUAL FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL RED CROSS.
WHEREAS, the period from January 15 to March 31, 1965, was set aside for the eighteenth annual fund campaign of the Philippine National Red Cross under Proclamation No. 340, dated December 24, 1964; and
WHEREAS, the campaign has been adversely affected by the failure of crops caused by recent floods and by other calamities in many areas;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the eighteenth annual fund campaign of the Philippine National Red Cross up to April 30, 1965.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
Done in the City of Manila, this 31st day of March, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-five.
