DECLARING THURSDAY, 09 NOVEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DY IN THE PROVINCE OF EASTERN SAMAR
WHEREAS, on 09 November 2023, Thursday, the Province of Eastern Samar will th mark the celebration of its 58 Founding Anniversary;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Eastern Samar to be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 09 November 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Eastern Samar.
