DECLARING FRIDAY, 29 SEPTEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF IROSIN, PROVINCE OF SORSOGON
WHEREAS, on 29 September 2023, Friday, the Municipality of Irosin, Province of Sorsogon will mark the celebration of the Paray Festival;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Irosin be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R,. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 29 September 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Irosin, Province of Sorsogon.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
