PROCLAMATION No, 318 EXCLUDING FROM THE TOWNSITE RESERVATION

OF THE CITY OF BAGUIO LOT NO. 95, BUSINESS -

SECTION “C”, AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVI- SIONS OF CHAPTER X OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agricul-ture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, Ramon Magsaysay, President of Philippines, do hereby exclude from the townsite reserva-tion of the City of Baguio lot No. 95, Business Section “C”, and declare the saine open to disposition under the provi-sions of Chapter X of the Public Land Act.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
