DECLARING, TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 2002, AS A SPECIAL NON-WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR
WHEREAS, Tuesday. September 17, 2002, marks the Golden Anniversary of the Province of Zamboanga del Sur:
WHEREAS it is fitting that the people of the Province of Zamboanga del Sur be given full opportunity to celebrate their provinces Golden Anniversary with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Tuesday, September 17, 2002, as a special non-working holiday in the Province of Zamboanga del Sur.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
