DECLARING FRIDAY, 24 MARCH 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LIGAO, PROVINCE OF ALBAY
WHEREAS, on Friday, 24 March 2017, the City of Ligao, Albay marks the celebration of its Citihood Founding Anniversary;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Ligao, Albay, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonres.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, MENARDO I. GUEVARRA, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 24 March 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Ligao, Province of Albay.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
