BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1476

DECLARING MONDAY, 12 OCTOBER 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PAMPLONA, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 12 October 2026, Monday, the Municipality of Pamplona, Province of Negros Oriental will mark the celebration of the Kasulad Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pamplona be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 12 October 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pamplona, Province of Negros Oriental.
