BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 1473

DECLARING FRIDAY, 23 OCTOBER 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NARVACAN, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS SUR

WHEREAS, on 23 October 2026, Friday, the Municipality of Narvacan, Province of llocos Sur will mark the celebration of the Aldaw Ti Wayawaya-lli A Narvacan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Narvacan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 23 October 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Narvacan, Province of Ilocos Sur.
