PROCLAMATION NO. 1471
DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 21 OCTOBER 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SIBUTU, PROVINCE OF TAWI-TAWI
WHEREAS, on 21 October 2026, Wednesday, the Municipality of Sibutu, Province of Tawi-Tawi will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Sibutu be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 21 October 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Sibutu, Province of Tawi-Tawi.
