DECLARING TUESDAY, 20 OCTOBER 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PIGCAWAYAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO
WHEREAS, on 20 October 2026, Tuesday, the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Province of Cotabato will mark the celebration of its 73 Founding Anniversary (5" Padayaw Festival);
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of © Pigcawayan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 20 October 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Province of Cotabato.
