PROCLAMATION NO. 1461

DECLARING THURSDAY, 01 OCTOBER 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GLORIA, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, on 01 October 2026, Thursday, the Municipality of Gloria, Province of Oriental Mindoro will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary and the Kawayanan Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Gloria be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare - Thursday, 01 October 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Gloria, Province of Oriental Mindoro.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
