PROCLAMATION NO. 1455

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 14 OCTOBER 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VICTORIA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, on 14 October 2026, Wednesday, the Municipality of Victoria, Province of Laguna will mark the celebration of its 77" Founding Anniversary and the 25" |tik Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Victoria be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 14 October 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Victoria, Province of Laguna.
