PROCLAMATION No. 131
DECLARING FRIDAY, 20 JANUARY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LIPA
WHEREAS, the City of Lipa marks the celebration of the Barako Festival 2017 on Friday, 20 January 2017;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lipa be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by the authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 20 January 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Lipa.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
