DECLARING THURSDAY, 24 FEBRUARY 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY
WHEREAS, on on 24 February 2022, Thursday, the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay will mark the celebration of the Araw ng Zamboanga Sibugay; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and that the people of the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay be given the full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by the authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 24 February 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
