[ PROCLAMATION NO. 104, November 14, 2016 ]
DECLARING THURSDAY, 8 DECEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BATANGAS
WHEREAS, the Province of Batangas marks the celebration of its Foundation Day on Thursday, 8 December 2016;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 8 December 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Batangas.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
