Declaring the period from December 11 to 14, 2006, as special (non-working) days in the Cities of Cebu, Mandaue and Lapu-Lapu

DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM DECEMBER 11 TO 14, 2006, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAYS IN THE CITIES OF CEBU, MANDAUE AND LAPU-LAPU
WHEREAS, the Cities of Cebu, Mandaue and Lapu-Lapu will host the ASEAN Summit on December 11 to 14, 2006;.
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of these cities be given full opportunity to participate in this important event.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare the period from December 11 to 14, 2006, as special (non-working) days in the Cities of Cebu, Mandaue and Lapu-Lapu.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
