AUTHORIZED PRA REPRESENTATIVE TO ASSIST PROSPECTIVE PROGRAM APPLICANTS IN SECURING NBI CLEARANCE

AUTHORIZED PRA REPRESENTATIVE TO ASSIST PROSPECTIVE PROGRAM APPLICANTS IN SECURING NBI CLEARANCE
In the interest of the service, all prospective retirees referred to the Program through a Marketer and who wish to secure an NBI Clearance shall be assisted only by authorized PRA representative instead of their Marketer, if any. NBI Clearance shall likewise be taken/obtained by PRA representative only, although the Marketer may be allowed to accompany especially if the applicant is non-English speaking. All previous issuances/memoranda/office orders/ guidelines which are in conflict or inconsistent herewith are deemed amended/modified/revised accordingly. This Circular shall take effect immediately.
