SUBMISSION OF NOTICE OF ARRIVAL OF VESSEL TO THE PHILIPPINE COAST GUARD
In consonance with Section 1 of PPA Memorandum Order No. 11-2003 entitled “Submission of Notice of Arrival and Application for Berth/Anchorage,” and to ensure the safety and security of ports through coordination with other government agencies, a copy of the Notice of Arrival of vessels engaged in international trade shall be submitted to the Philippine Coast Guard at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to their arrival. This Order takes effect immediately. Adopted: December 08, 2010
