WARZONE AREAS AND APPLICABLE BONUS
Pursuant to the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration's authority to determine war or warlike zones, be informed that effective immediately the Administration is adopting the Lloyds Underwriters' promulgations on war risk trading warranties and current exclusions. Accordingly, Filipino seamen who opt to sail or are sailing with trading vessels going to or within a war risk trading area as declared by Lloyd's Underwriters shall be entitled to a war hazard premium pay the schedule of which shall be determined by the Administration from time to time.
