IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FULL DISCLOSURE POLICY

To empower prospective Overseas Filipino Workers to make responsible decisions prior to his engagement for overseas employment, the implementation of the Full Disclosure Policy, a mechanism whereby all parties to a contract declare the real terms and conditions in all aspects of the worker's employment, is hereby ordered. The POEA shall formulate the guidelines necessary to implement the said policy. For strict compliance. Adopted: 12 Dec. 1996
