TAIWAN’S MINIMUM WAGE FOR 2014

Date Filed: 11 March 2014 The Council of Labor Affairs (CLA) of Taiwan has announced the new minimum wage adjustments for 2014. Beginning 01 January 2014, the minimum hourly wage of NT$109 for parttime workers will be increased to NT$115. On the other hand, the monthly minimum wage of NT$ 19,047 for monthly paid workers will be increased to NT$19,273 from 01 July 2014 onwards.
