AUTHORIZING THE INCREASE IN DFPC PORT FEES

WHEREAS, in a memorandum dated 15 January 1998, the management of Davao Fish Port Complex (DFPC) requested for authority to increase their port fees after due consultation with their clients;

WHEREAS, the Operations Management Department and the Assistant General Manager favorably endorsed the request of Davao Fish Port Complex for an increase in their port fees;

WHEREAS, the Executive Committee considers this recommendation acceptable and reasonable under the circumstances.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved upon motion duly seconded that this body approved and confirmed as it hereby approves and confirms the increase in the port fees of Davao Fish Port Complex, as follows: FROM TO Foreign vessel port usage fee $20.00 per $22.00 per day day Cold storage fee P18,700 per P21,600 per cubicle cubicle Ice conveyance fee for local vessels 2.00 5.00 Port transshipment fee coverage to 0.10 per kg. include sashimi-grade tuna Net repair fee 50.00 per day 100.00 per day Weighing scale rental 6 kg. & 30 kg. capacity 50.00 per 100.00 per month month 150 kg. & 200 kg. capacity 200.00 per 400.00 per month month Unanimously approved.
