[ NTC MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 5-6-96, June 14, 1996 ]

DECENTRALIZED FREQUENCIES AND CALL-SIGNS FOR NTC-CAR

In furtherance to the NTC Memorandum Circular No. 9-15-90 dated 17 August 1990 and NTC Memo dated 15 June 1994, a list of decentralized frequencies and call-sign * series found annexed to this Circular is hereby allotted for use within the areas of jurisdiction of NTC-Cordillera Autonomous Region (NTC-CAR). Issuance of the appropriate decentralized frequencies and corresponding call-sign assignments to radio station/s of the decentralized services shall be the responsibility of the Director of NTC-CAR. This Circular shall take effect immediately upon approval, subject to modification/revision as the Commission deems necessary, and supersedes or amends any existing circular, memorandum, order or instruction or parts thereof which is inconsistent herewith.
