SUBMISSION OF PROGRAM SYNOPSIS

In order to guide the Members of the Board in their review and classification of television materials, we will be requiring the submission of a synopsis for every television show, full-length films, program, or episode submitted for review. The synopsis shall be attached to the application for review and shall be a pre-condition to the review of the television material applied for. Pluggings and movie trailers for television, however, need not require submission of a synopsis. This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately. Adopted: 04 Aug. 1998
